Onsite Support Engineer for Laptop Troubleshooting

I'm in need of an onsite support engineer to help troubleshoot a hardware issue on one of my Windows laptops. The engineer will also need to assist with reimaging several laptops and updating my in-use asset inventory. Ideal skills for this project include: - Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing laptop hardware issues - Experience with laptop reimaging processes - Ability to accurately update inventory records Please note: - The inventory update will require detailed logging of asset type, make, model, serial number, service tag, and workstation number. - Date and time for this task is scheduled for Wednesday, the 29th at 9 AM. - Location is Sofia, 23, BG.
