**The Role As a Commission Sales Associate**, you'll be the driving force behind new business development. This remote role offers the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, based on your preference.
Phase 1: Kickstart Your Journey Instant Earnings: Start earning a competitive 30% commission on every client you bring on board. Resource Kit: We equip you with sales documents, website access, and engaging graphics to help you succeed.
Phase 2: Amplify Your Earnings Ongoing Commissions: Earn additional commissions whenever a client you've introduced makes a deposit.
Phase 3: Flexible Career Paths Hourly Transition: After securing six clients, you can opt for an hourly compensation model. Stick to Commission: If you thrive on the thrill of the sale, you can continue on a commission plan, potentially at a higher rate.
Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential clients. Build and maintain client relationships. Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional customer service. Provide regular updates on sales activities.
Qualifications Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the tech industry. Excellent communication skills. Strong customer focus. Ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of our services is a plus.
