I am seeking a researcher in Vilnius, Lithuania, who can delve into historical documents from 1940 to 1990 for genealogy and family history purposes. The primary focus will be on uncovering our family's past through these historical documents. Specifically I require research of hitorical NKVD files. I have the file reference numbers. For the individual family members. There will be approximately 10 files to be found, copied and translated. I anticipate one day to access files and one day to translate.
