Product Card
Field Requirements:
Various fields for product parameters.
- Item Number
- Item Group (e.g., tableware, furniture, glass, lighting, etc.)
- Brand
- Collection
- Producer
- Package
- Size: diameter, width, height, depth, volume, weight
- Package Size
- Brand Information
- Country of Origin
- Country of Design
Pricing: Each product will have multiple prices:
- Hospitality Price
- Retail Price
- Cost (visible only to administrators), which is the purchase price.
Photos:
Each product card should allow uploading multiple photos (up to 5).
Product Tree:
This helps users search for products within the program, based on the website filter logic. There will be main groups that transition to subgroups, and then to brands within these subgroups.
- Furniture - Chairs - Brands
- Tableware – Stoneware - Costa Nova
- Glassware – goes directly to brands
- Décor – goes directly to brands
- Cutlery – goes directly to brands
Warehouses:
It should display the actual stock in each of the three warehouses:
- Showroom
- Warehouse Dubai
- Warehouse Shanghai
Client Card
Client Tree:
Each client should have a Head Partner (e.g., Hotel Marriott) and five other branches under it. Each partner will have contact persons, and multiple company managers may work with each partner
