PHP Laravel Developer for Server Maintenance

I'm looking for a seasoned PHP Laravel developer who can maintain and modify our VPS server. The developer should have profound knowledge of the complete PHP Laravel framework and be capable of managing the server independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code maintenance and updates: Regularly review the codebase for bugs and inefficiencies, implementing necessary updates to improve performance and ensure smooth operation.
- Server management and optimization: Oversee the performance of our VPS, making necessary adjustments to optimize speed and efficiency.
- Implementing new features: Develop and integrate new features based on our evolving needs and specifications.
Security Measures:
- Regular security updates and patches: Ensure the server and codebase are protected against potential threats through timely updates and patches.
- Firewall and intrusion detection setup: Implement and oversee a robust firewall and intrusion detection system to safeguard our data.
- Data encryption and backups: Regularly encrypt sensitive data and perform backups to prevent loss in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Proven track record in server management, specifically with VPS.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and practices.
- Experience in implementing new software features.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
