Multi-Platform Web-based Heating Oil App

Need an APP that could be opened from a website and works on PC, Tablet and Mobile. It will be linked to a website currently under production that sells and delivers home heating oil, etc. Still discussing features but some would be the likes of; Account Creation: Collection of customer details and setting up access to the App. Ordering Fuel: Selecting Type, Quantity, Delivery Area Postcode, etc, Displaying prices, Quote and processing order. Price Alerts: Customers to receive alerts of price changes. Emails and customer could select weekly/monthly alerts. Last Order Alerts: Customers to receive alerts of last order after specific period of time. Savings Plan: Allows customers to make regular payments towards orders. Different from standing order or Direct Debit as customer are in complete control of the money you save. They could start, pause and stop the payments to suit them. Create a savings plan to take a weekly or monthly payment from your debit or credit card on whatever day of the week or date in the month suits you. When they first setup a savings plan, we take an initial payment to verify your card, and then we take a recurring payment on the day or date you have chosen. Every time we take a payment, you will receive an email confirming the payment and showing your balance. When you next order oil, we deduct the balance in your savings plan from the order total and you only pay the difference. You can log into your account to see your full savings plan history, and if you have any queries about your payments or balance just call us and we will check your account. Security: Secure Login. Customer Data Retention. Payment Processes. Administration: Access for admin to monitor and manage orders, history, customer accounts, etc. Able to add new products/services for customers to order. NOTE: We are still thinking about this application and what to add. If you have any experience in designing something similar I am happy take on board any suggestions.
