I want someone who can help design an offline version of a mobile App I designed online. The mobile App is packaged for mobile using como platform but it takes time to connect on the mobile devices to the app via the link buttons on the mobile devices. So, I want a version that can work offline and then sncronize with the online version. Also want the person to look at the app and see if there is a better way to package i for mobile that will allow faster loading on the Android and IOS devices.
