Introduction to Git on Springloops using Sourcetree (Mac OS)

Hi, I need a well written and clear guide on how to use the git facilities on [login to view URL] with [login to view URL] Please make use of screenshots. You only need to demonstrate how to connect springloops and sourcetree. Not - how to create account in springloops, download sourcetree, make requests in sourcetree or similar.
