I need an experienced React frontend developer to enhance my website's SVG animations. Currently, the SVGs are loading at site load and not animating when they come into the viewport. The task is to modify this behavior:

- SVGs should animate and load only when the user scrolls into view.

- The animation should reset and play every time the SVG scrolls back into view.

The ideal freelancer for this project should be well versed in JavaScript, GSAP, Node, and React, with a strong background in front-end design. There will be multiple projects in the future for the right candidate.

Skills Required:

- Proficient in React and JavaScript

- Extensive experience with GSAP

- Strong front-end design skills

- Familiarity with Node

- Ability to implement scroll-triggered animations

- Experienced in HTML5 and CSS3 to ensure seamless integration and styling of animations.

- Knowledge in responsive design to ensure animations work on all device sizes.
