I am in need of a Flutter/Dart expert to assist in developing an application. The specifics of the application are not yet determined, hence flexibility and expertise in the field is crucial. The ideal candidate for this project should possess the following skills and experiences: - Proficient in Flutter and Dart programming languages - Prior experience in mobile app development - Understanding of cross-platform application development - Ability to work independently and flexibly Please note, the project has not yet defined target platforms, therefore the ability to develop for iOS, Android and Web is a significant advantage.
