Detailed Project Requirements 1- Artwork Creation 1.a Use the provided reference image for: Art style. Coloring style. General composition. 1.b Modifications may be requested for: Pose. Specific design elements. Additional details or changes to the composition. 2- Digital Hand-Drawn Process 2.a The entire artwork must be created from scratch. 2.b Record the drawing process as a timelapse video. Ensure smooth transitions and clear visibility of the progress. 3- Source File Requirements 3.a Deliver one of the following: PSD file (Photoshop). Adobe Illustrator file (AI). 3.b Organize layers logically: Background elements. Main subject (broken into parts, e.g., body, clothing, accessories). Foreground elements. Effects or overlays (if applicable). 3.c Clearly label all layers for easy navigation. 4- Final Deliverables 4.a High-resolution artwork in PNG format. 4.b Recorded timelapse video of the drawing process (MP4 or any video file format). 4.c Organized source file in PSD or Adobe Illustrator format. 5- Communication and Feedback 5.a Provide work-in-progress updates at key stages: i. Rough sketch for approval. ii. Detailed line art for feedback. iii. Base coloring for review. iv. Final polished version before timelapse export. 5.b Revisions may be requested at each stage. 6- Timeline 6.a Rough sketch: [Specify timeframe, e.g., 3 days from project start]. 6.b Completion of final artwork: [Specify timeframe, e.g., 7 days after sketch approval]. 6.c Delivery of timelapse and source file: [Specify timeframe, e.g., 2 days after final artwork approval].
