General Purpose Psychological Self-Help Algorithm

I am seeking an adept programmer to devise a recursive decision tree, to address a range of psychological and emotional issues. This algorithm will integrate into a webapp, acting as a method for self-help. To name a few, the issues the decision tree should include but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems but also physical pain in some cases and performance issue. Moreover, it should be based on a method that I have established and will be further explained during our collaboration. I am not a systems analyst and I do not expect to work as one for the candidate. I can clearly explain what is required and have worked extensively on making as clear a flowchart as possible though it may require debugging in one spot. A successful candidate ideally would possess: - Significant experience in algorithmic programming - Common sense, or lacking that a background in psychological/cognitive science or a similar field - Ability to work efficiently and be able to deliver within one month - Ability to communicate, understand requirements and be reasonably flexible. Attention to detail, dedication, and an understanding of how algorithms can be deployed for empathetic support mechanisms are also key. This is a prototype for a webapp and smartphone iterations and must be delivered fully functional as a basic webpage for testing by myself during development. Estimate 70-100 lines of code.
