Retail Food Outlet Interior Redesign

Project Brief: Front-of-House Redesign for Retail Food Outlet Objective: We are seeking a comprehensive design presentation for proposed minimal front-of-house changes at our retail food outlet. The purpose of this presentation is to visually communicate the planned updates to the space in order to secure approval from our landlord. The presentation should be created in both editable and PDF formats to allow for flexibility and easy revisions if required. Scope of Work: The design changes focus on a series of aesthetic and functional updates aimed at enhancing the customer experience, improving the overall look and feel of the space, and aligning with our brand identity. These proposed alterations will be minimal, preserving the current layout while enhancing certain elements to create a more modern and inviting atmosphere. Deliverables: Design Presentation: Editable Format: This could be a file in a design software format (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, etc.) for easy adjustments, including text and image revisions. PDF Format: A finalized PDF version for submission and printing, showcasing the design details in a professional and clear format. Visuals of Proposed Changes: The presentation should include before-and-after visuals that clearly show the proposed modifications in comparison with the current store setup. These visuals should be high-quality and easy to understand, incorporating floor plans, elevations, or 3D renderings where applicable. Design References: We can provide images of the existing store as well as design drawings from a similar store that has recently undergone similar front-of-house updates. These references should be incorporated to highlight the changes proposed and demonstrate their relevance and feasibility. Scope of Works Document: A detailed Scope of Works document will be provided to outline the extent of the proposed changes. This document will include a list of specific modifications, including but not limited to: Interior layout adjustments (e.g., counter placement, customer flow enhancements) Material updates (e.g., flooring, wall finishes, lighting fixtures) Branding integration (e.g., signage, logos, color schemes) Accessibility improvements (e.g., doorways, seating arrangements) The presentation should integrate this scope to ensure clarity on the proposed works and demonstrate alignment with the landlord’s expectations and any relevant building codes or regulations. Landlord Approval Submission: The final deliverable must be structured in a way that can be easily presented to the landlord for approval, ensuring that all changes are clearly communicated, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with any contractual or regulatory requirements. Additional Information: We will provide access to all required assets, including existing images of the retail outlet and the design drawings from a similar project. We are open to incorporating feedback and revisions throughout the design process to meet both our operational goals and the landlord’s approval criteria. Timeline: The completed design presentation should be delivered by 25th January, allowing sufficient time for review and any necessary revisions prior to submission for landlord approval. Notes: The Store name that this Design is in relation to is "Bucking Bull- Ipswich Riverlink" The name of the recent store that has undergone such changes and that we have provided pictures and design drawings is "Bucking Bull- Logan Hyperdome". These elements are used to copy and reference. We have an existing Neon sign that we wish to use in the new design and details of that are attached. Please ensure the presentation is professional, easy to read, and visually aligned with our brand’s aesthetic and values.
