The spreadsheet should focus on:
- Comparing hours worked versus money paid under incorrect penalty rates (as per pay award)
- Identifying discrepancies against the amount paid versus the hourly rate with the correct penalty rate applied (As per pay award)
- Tracking standard hours worked and the corresponding rate
- Provide a total for the entire amount underpaid due to the incorrect penalty rates being applied
