We are seeking a bookkeeper to maintain our ledger, reconcile expenses and revenues with th budget and overall take on our bookkeeping responsibilities. We are a small non-profit choral ensemble in Seattle. Duties include:-
Work with our business manager to:
- Prepare and maintain the budget
- Maintain our ledger
- Reconcile our revenue and income with our budget
- Track member dues (20 people
- Recommend non-profit compliance practices
These duties have been done by our historic Treasurers who left the organization. Our books are currently in Excel but some tool like Quickbooks is possible.
