Looking for an Arabic/English speaking virtual assistant to help me and my business partner in our eCommerce business. Our market is the MENA region. Please apply only if you have a similar job experience. Skills required: - Adaptability - Attention to details (very important) - Excellent Arabic & English spoken & written. - Willingness to learn and evolve with the company. Here are a few tasks we might need help with: - Help finding talents to join our sales team in north Africa (And eventually from other Arabic speaking countries) - Coordination with the sales team when needed. - Intermediary between the team and me and my business partner. - Research & Outreach/Follow up with providers… - Team contracts writing/translation. - Tracking Sales team performance (based on an Excel Dashboard with all the sales data) - Competition market research in the supplement Industry in the MENA & Beyond. - Content writing in Arabic (with the help of ChatGPT) - Content translation when needed (English into Arabic) - Social Media tracking & Monitoring. - Sales data updating. - Anything other V.A task that the I might need to streamline the business operations. It’s a part time job at first and could become full time by the second week (once we make sure that you’re a good fit for our company). It’s 5 days a week It’s paid $2/Hours to $3/Hours depending on your experience and skills and could easily rise + commissions when objectives achieved.
