I'm seeking a CRM consultant who can help us: 1) Choose a CRM that fits our needs (who understands price at scale, knows how the CRM works at different use levels, understands our long term goal with sales and marketing) 2) Design the CRM - We will be importing 100,000+ contacts with basic information (name, website, state, city, industry vertical, size, population, type/category) - We will be hiring people to help populate each contact record - We will want to have a system where we know who has been contacted - We eventually want to divide up the contacts into 25-50 sales territories - Our goal is that the contacts will set software demo appointments, track conversions - We also want to stay in contact with existing users to make sure that they are happy, update them on software updates - We need to be able to control the data, assign and re-assign territories as staff come and go 3) We would like to know your experience on how large sales teams do things, what rolls people should have. We are open to any ideas. We want to create a sales machine that moves deals down a pipeline. At this point, we see having rolls such as: - Research - Appointment setting (paying them a $[login to view URL] commission for each appointment kept with a qualified buyer) - Closers (paying them X% of ARR for deals closed and funded) - Cross sellers (more services, getting the relationships deeper) - Relationship Managers (keeping them happy, they are paid of customer retention) 4) Sales incentive plans for the above rolls Thank you and we look forward to working with you.
