I'm urgently seeking a skilled On-Site Construction Drafter for an upscale condo project in the heart of Bangkok, specifically the Sathorn area. The primary focus of this role is to update MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) shop drawings and oversee the renovation of a residential unit. Key Responsibilities: - Update MEP shop drawings and architectural shop drawings - Coordinate with various contractors, particularly HVAC, electrical, and plumbing teams - Conduct on-site measurements and verify installations This project is currently ongoing and will require the successful candidate to work from our preliminary drawings. The drafter will need to be on-site to take measurements, verify installations, and assess material specifications. Duration: A commitment of at least 5 months is needed. Ideal Candidate: - Must be based in Bangkok and available for frequent site visits - Proficient in AutoCAD - Experienced with MEP systems and high-end residential projects - Construction site experience is essential - Strong English communication skills - Thai language skills are preferred Time Commitment: - 40+ hours per week in the first month, afterward 25+ hours per week. You will need to be flexible to have this scaled up or down - Core hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility available after the first month. The most critical task for this role will be updating the MEP shop drawings, focusing on the electrical and plumbing systems. Please only apply if you can meet these requirements. Not all drawings will have to be made from scratch, as we have somewhat of a basis for you to work from.

Hi I am a Civil engineer, Freelancer too since 2017. I have 12 years work experience in Singapore. The location is in Bangkok. So it may helpful to you. But at present I am in India. 6 years work experience Plumbing & Sanitary in Singapore. Residential building experience in India as well. This is on site requirement, So i have to apply visa.
