I'm in need of a logo for my new company, Talos Civic Alliance. This venture will be delivering cutting-edge Blockchain and AI technology to municipal governments across the US.

- Design Requirements: The logo should predominantly feature the letter "T". It should convey a modern and innovative feeling, whilst also being strong yet elegant. The use of a bold, sans-serif font (Lato) is essential. Areas of the logo could have a metallic appearance, akin to brushed nickel.
- Color Scheme: The logo should incorporate a color scheme of Blue, Black, and Silver.

Ideal candidates for this project would be graphic designers with a strong portfolio in logo design, particularly for tech-related companies. Experience and understanding of the Blockchain and AI sectors would be a plus. A modern, innovative style and the ability to create strong yet elegant designs will be key to delivering a logo that truly represents Talos Civic Alliance.
