竞赛简介

I need a poster designed for the front of my building. The purpose of the poster is to advertise my product or service, with a core focus on enhancing brand awareness. The design style should be modern and minimalistic mainly just the logos and text. It needs to be readable from far.

The new sign should be divided for 2 companies. there should be a clear distinction between the 2 companies On the top should be the lawyer firm "Legal First"
On the bottom should be the the real estate company "A-TEam"
The size repartition and the information should be pretty much the same as on the picture "example.jpg":
Just for a more proffesional look to it
