I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a series of banner images. These images will be used for print and should be designed in a minimalist style. Each banner should have a size of 2.5 inches wide by 2.875 inches tall. The primary purpose of these banners is to drive traffic to a website, using a QR code as the call-to-action.

Key Requirements:
- Design a series of minimalist banners
- Size: 2.5 inches wide by 2.875 inches tall
- Bright and bold color palette
- The banners must be visually engaging and should be aimed at encouraging viewers to scan a QR code to access the website.
- Output files should be pdf at 300 dpi. I'd prefer a layered file output for future customization
- Use only royalty free photos (if stock photography is used).
-The series of images should span representation of older people, middle age, young adults, variety of ethnicity, or other differences.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design with a focus on minimalist style
- Understanding of print design and specifications
- Ability to create engaging visual content that drives user interaction
- Experience with designing for conversion-oriented advertising
