竞赛简介

I'm in need of a mechanical designer to create a 3D CAD model and technical drawings for an adjustable square. It should be capable of accommodating 7 different profile widths (114 mm to 294 mm) while maintaining a perpendicularity tolerance of 0.5 mm on base A. The design should feature a simple mechanical adjustment system, such as sliding arms, with preset locking positions for each width. The adjustable square is to be constructed from steel and should employ a screw lock mechanism. No dial indicators are required; just a stable and reliable design.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software
- Mechanical design experience
- Ability to create technical drawings in PDF and STEP
- Knowledge of steel design
