My Banking Roots: I started my career with a deep dive into the financial sector, where I spent over a decade mastering the intricacies of investment banking and asset management. My tenure as Senior Vice President at Shanghai Bank's Investment Banking and Institutional Business Department was a formative experience, as was my role as Assistant General Manager at Zheshang Bank's Capital Market Department. Through these roles, I had the privilege of managing investments that scaled into the tens of billions of RMB. Stepping into the Digital Realm: My transition into the metaverse was a bold move, but one that felt like a natural progression. As the Chief Strategy Officer at Jiaying Advertising and co-founder of Vision Consulting, I embraced the challenges and opportunities of this new digital frontier. I've dedicated the last 8 years to understanding, shaping, and growing the metaverse ecosystem. Incubating the Future: In my role as an incubator, I've been committed to fostering innovation within the metaverse. It's been incredibly rewarding to see ideas take shape and contribute to the advancement of this technology. In 2024, I took on the role of President at the Japanese Metaverse Gakuin Corporation, further expanding my mission to cultivate metaverse knowledge on a global scale. Educating and Mentoring: I'm a firm believer in sharing knowledge and nurturing talent. That's why I've taken on the mantle of an educator and mentor, leading courses on metaverse innovation and entrepreneurship, and sharing my insights as a lecturer at various esteemed institutions. Making an Impact: I'm proud to have been recognized for my work in the industry, taking on roles such as Deputy Secretary-General of the China 3D Industry Alliance and Co-Secretary-General of the Metaverse Special Committee. These positions have allowed me to contribute to the dialogue and direction of the metaverse's growth and integration with traditional sectors.
