I'm seeking an experienced WordPress designer to create a professional, business-oriented website using the Avada WordPress theme, which I've already purchased. The website will primarily offer marketing services and will need to integrate WooCommerce for both one-time service purchases and subscription-based services, along with CRM integrations, particularly with Brevo.
Project Requirements:
Theme Customization: Utilize the Avada theme to create a visually appealing and functional website that aligns with my marketing services. The site should be aesthetically pleasing while ensuring a user-friendly experience.
WooCommerce Integration: Set up and configure WooCommerce for two categories of services:
Grow Services: These are foundational marketing services that should be presented as WooCommerce products. Each service will have a detailed description, pricing, and an "Add to Cart" option.
Planner Services: These are subscription-based services that will follow after Grow services. Set up these services as WooCommerce subscription products with clear CTAs like "Subscribe Now."
CRM Integration: Integrate the site with Brevo for customer relationship management. Ensure that forms and data collection points (like the Free SEO Audit tool) are synced with Brevo for effective lead nurturing and follow-up.
Funnel Flow Implementation: The website should guide users through a clear funnel flow:
Homepage: Introduce the GrowPlanner framework, with CTAs like "Explore Grow Services," "Learn About Planner Services," and "Book an Appointment." The homepage should also prominently feature a link to a Free SEO Audit tool in the main menu.
Grow Services Page: Display the four Grow services as WooCommerce products, each with a summary, pricing, and CTAs like "Add to Cart" and "Book a Free Consultation."
Planner Services Page: Showcase subscription-based Planner services with summaries, pricing, and CTAs to encourage subscription or further consultation.
Booking Page: Implement a booking system (e.g., Calendly) to allow users to schedule free consultations seamlessly.
Cart and Checkout: Ensure the cart and checkout processes are optimized for both one-time and subscription purchases.
Post-Purchase Automation: Set up Thank You pages, email sequences, and dashboard prompts that encourage users who have completed Grow services to transition into Planner services.
Content Integration: Utilize the provided MS Word document content to ensure the site’s messaging aligns with the services offered and the overall business strategy.
