I need a skilled developer who can create a WordPress migration plugin that can seamlessly transfer data between a PHPBB3 forum and WPForo and vice-versa. The plugin should have the ability to facilitate the following migrations:
- Users: The plugin should be able to transfer user details, including their usernames, email addresses, and passwords, ensuring a smooth transition for all forum members.
- Forums: The plugin should migrate the forum structures, preserving categories and sub-forums, ensuring the integrity of the discussion structure.
- Topics: It should migrate the topics created by users from PHPBB3 to WPForo or vice-versa, ensuring that the conversation history is retained.
