ERP is the current standard for any business administration and management. Odoo platform is the most cost effective solution for small and medium businesses and institutions in all areas: commercial, academic, medical ... I am a Business Analyst and Project Manager, and I will perform the most suitable Odoo deployment for your company: server installation, initial settings, migration, modules' configuration, accounting set up, procurement management, manufacturing flow, inventory structure, advanced routes, e-commerce setup, etc. I base all my Odoo implementations on well designed agile projects. To design a deployment project I take into account the specific processes of your company and look for the optimal methodology to progressively integrate ODOO in your business, without interfering with your current flow (until it is ready for production). A solid implementation project is the best guarantee for not becoming one more of those unfortunate bets (and there are many) that failed on the road to ERP. My priority is to ensure a smooth and solid implementation. Remember, you get married to your ERP, so better do it the best possible way right from the beginning. While setting up your ERP deployment, I will also guide you through the learning process of all required modules and functions of the Odoo system. My guiding principle is to empower my clients on the use of Odoo and to free them of the dependence on the external Consultant. I can also customize Odoo to meet new specific requirements. I always advise to start with the standard version and use it out of the box for some time before investing in module development. Only when you've reached the limits of a standard implementation, is time to start a new customization. For this, of course, we need to design the new solution. With this aim, I will meet with stakeholders and gather all critical information and requirements. From these, I design the Solution's architecture and project. In any customization project I use BPM (Business Process Modeling), UML (Unified Modeling Language), and UI (User Interphase) charts and diagrams, to better communicate the flow descriptions and expected behaviors to stakeholders and developers. I will analyze your business process to end up with the best possible Odoo solution.
