As a client, I'm in need of a skilled individual capable of conducting a basic motion simulation of a Kuka KR Quantec robot. The simulation is to be based on inverse kinematics through the use of Adams View software.
To complete this project successfully, the following skills are paramount:
- In-depth understanding of KUKA KR Quantec's motion abilities
- Solid expertise in conducting basic motion simulation using Adams View
- Proficiency in using inverse kinematics for robotics simulation
Though the task appears straightforward, It requires a rigorous understanding of robot kinematics and the utilization of Adams View. The primary aim of this project is to simulate the robot's movements akin to a real-life scenario. Therefore, I'm looking forward to connecting with professionals who have a strong background in robotics simulation, particularly on Kuka models.
Motion simulation of the robot on a specified 3D path with inverse kinematics. I.e. The Arm movements inevitably result from the path movement of the End effector on the 3D path with a certain speed End effectors, provided you build the model correctly. The result is the arm movements depending on the Path movement and depending on time or speed of the end effector. The result is also the joint movements (speed, angular movement) as a function of time. Sketch any 3D trajectory in ADAMS and attach the end effector to this track, which comes with a MOTION is moved on the track at a certain speed. The Kinematics, i.e. all arms of the robot must then follow this movement consequences. While moving you can control the movement of each Measure joints and arms (angle of rotation, speeds).
