Entiendo que una de las mejores opciones para un desarrollo como este seria usando Flask y Python, ya que Flask proporciona un fuerte apoyo a las características de seguridad, lo que le permite construir una aplicación segura. Frontend: HTML, CSS y JavaScript se utilizarán para el frontend para crear la interfaz de usuario. Se puede utilizar frameworks como Bootstrap para un diseño responsive y una mejor experiencia de usuario. Backend: Flask se encargará de la lógica backend de la aplicación, incluyendo el procesamiento de las entradas del usuario, el almacenamiento de datos en la base de datos, la generación de costos basados en las selecciones del usuario, y el manejo de los pagos.
