iOS - Swift 2.0 - automatic loading of live video in News Feed

I require an iOS function that can be added into my existing live broadcasting app, with the following features: 1) The function needs to replicate the way Vine ([login to view URL]) automatically plays videos when scrolling down through the news feed. This involves the video playing (with sound) and then when scrolling further downwards, to reveal the next video, the first video stops playing and the next one begins. It should be noted that, as my app is LIVE broadcasting, these videos are not mp4s – they are streaming videos. It is critical that perfectly smooth scrolling is taking place and also that the broadcast begins instantly (i.e. with no load time). This function should also apply to the replay versions of the live stream – which obviously are mp4. 2) The next visible live stream cell is liable to change at any given moment so it needs to keep the list real-time without affecting the scrolling. It should be coded in Swift 2.0 (xCode 7) and preferably be able to be directly added to my main app as standalone Swift files or code (not using CocoaPods or other methods). AV Kit, PubNub and Wowza installed and set up already. It needs to be compatible with ios version 7 and later.
