Develop a smart phone app for taking pictures that can recognize #'s and name the file by the number

I have a coral reef business that sells corals online. We sell wysiwyg products (What You See Is What You Get) by manually placing numbers on tiles next to the corals, then we take images of the coral, then we rename the image file we choose to use to match the # of the wysiwyg coral, so like #1.jpg. It's a very time consuming process because we do anywhere from 350-500 corals every week. So I've been thinking of creating an app that we could use to take the pictures that would be able to autoname the files for us as we take the picture through image recognition of the # tile shown next to the coral. As we take pictures of the coral, it will show messages something like: Use this picture for #1 or Retake Picture, Edit Picture? etc....I have attached a copy of a typical image. Let me know if you think you have the ability to get something like this done. Thanks!
