OKTA & Office 365 Integration Expert Needed

**Project Description: Microsoft Office 365 Integration with OKTA** We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the implementation of Microsoft Office 365 into OKTA for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management, a deep understanding of both OKTA and Office 365, and a proven track record of successful integrations. ### **Scope of Work** 1. **Planning & Preparation**: - Assess our current system architecture and integration requirements. - Develop a detailed implementation plan with a focus on minimizing downtime and disruptions. - Configure OKTA and Office 365 environments to ensure compatibility. 2. **Implementation**: - Execute the integration of Office 365 into OKTA. - Set up single sign-on (SSO) and identity federation features. - Migrate users and groups to the new system securely. - Test the integration thoroughly to ensure functionality and resolve any issues. 3. **Post-Go-Live Support**: - Provide support for one month following the go-live date. - Address user issues, monitor system performance, and ensure smooth operation. - Offer guidance and documentation for internal IT teams for long-term maintenance. ### **Key Requirements** - Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365 and OKTA integrations. - Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles. - Proven ability to minimize downtime and maintain seamless user experiences during go-lives. - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. - Ability to provide ongoing support and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. ### **Timeline** - Go-live date: 2/14/25 - Post-go-live support period: 1 month If you have the expertise to execute this integration with precision and reliability, we’d love to hear from you.
