Ionic deployment to apple and google store

We are looking for an European partner who supports us in creating a new ionic app with angular. The app will be used to scan receipts.
We are a software development company ourselves and have experienced angular and backend developers, therefore we would like to develop the business logic for the app ourself. What we do not have is fundamental experience with ionic and the deployment of the app in the apple and google stores. Therefore we are looking for a partner who can support us on a hourly basis for such tasks.
In the first two months of the development process the support time will probably be around 4-6 business day in total. But we are also looking for a long time supporting agreement. In long time support we expect from you that you monitor the app health, store terms and conditions, certificates and so on.
