Online Affiliate Marketer for a Gymnastics Gym

Hello, I run a gymnastics gym (Apex Gymnastics) in Wisconsin, USA. We are looking for a marketer (or potentially a few) who is interested in a commissions based affiliate marketing position. It works just like typical product-based affiliate marketing; you get a customized URL to our website ([login to view URL]) and drive traffic to it. You are allowed to market it as an opportunity for families to get an entire month for free, which is a very good deal. In return, anyone who continues on after that free period will have 25% of their tuition paid to you as your commission for their first 12 months at the gym. Given our current statistics, that would usually be around $200 per student (paid over the year), though specifics vary. So if you could pay $25 in advertising to get a family signed up, you'd profit $175! (This is especially nice when families have multiple kids, as you may be looking at closer to $500 per referral). Please note that this is purely commission based, not paid by the hour. There is a web portal you can track leads (and which have had trial classes, signed up, etc.) and we have a lot of promotional materials you can use, though you can also make your own. We would preferably like someone with a lot of experience in social media. You don't have to be American (as this can all be done remotely) but the ads you use must be high quality they could otherwise tarnish our reputation and convert poorly anyhow. We would require you to get our permission for each ad before using it. You could advertise directly from our Facebook page or do so through other means (Google Ads, etc.). This could be a long term and very lucrative position; if you can bring in 10-15 families a month you could be making a full-time income! So we're looking for a high quality candidate that we can trust. (We also have several other highly lucrative online business launching soon; whoever does this job could also work for those and make even more money!) As a final note, be aware that our gym is in a very low-populated area. The city itself is 2,000 or so people and there's maybe 15,000-20,000 people in reasonable driving distance. So it would be great to find someone good at dealing with small local demographics!
