Need art work sketches completed of a downtown district

Hello, I need 10-12 Isometric sketches of a downtown district. Please see below for requirements and attached images to see examples. Sketches are fine in black and white. Monopoly themed district. This includes all 22 roads, 4 railroads, waterworks, electric company, and parking structures based on board game. Bird’s eye view of 320 acres perspective including all roads, railroads, and waterworks (detailed below). Maps to include color, detailed architecture of buildings, restaurants, boutiques, parking structures, and tourist areas. Detailed view of general buildings, mainly 1 of each area (condo, restaurant, sidewalk, railroad, outdoor electric/waterworks area, and parking structure. All areas of Monopoly district must be drawn including amount of acreage necessary to build each area. “Railroads” to have 4 stopping stations named after game railroads, traveling through the district. “Marvin Gardens” to not be a street, to be an indoor botanical garden area similar to Niagara Falls. Light posts, street curbs, and sidewalks to be colored same as the color of the roads marked on Monopoly game. Water Works to be incorporated with Electric Company, where both are two halves of an outdoor water/light park, including an outdoor concert venue. During the winter, outdoor venue to have Christmas light shows and multiple ice skating rinks. Please include ice skating rinks in diagram. Go To Jail prison themed bar/nightlife district area.
