Google Sheets Police Shift Scheduler

I need a simple, intuitive, google sheets shift scheduling solution for a small police department. The tool should enable part-time officers to input their availability without altering other important details. Key council members should also have access to keep track of the schedule. Requirements: - Google Sheets: Should be easily accessible through a google account - User roles & privileges: Different users should have varying access rights. For example, only part-time officers should be able to enter/edit their personal availability and council members should be able to view the schedule. Ideal skills and experience: - Experience in developing web-based scheduler tools - Understanding of access privilege control - Familiarity with law enforcement scheduling needs is a plus.
