Job Title: FEA/CAE Specialist for Fiberglass Building Skin Panels (Abaqus Expertise Required)

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned FEA and CAE expert with extensive experience in Abaqus software to conduct structural and thermal analyses on fiberglass building skin panels. The primary goal is to determine stress distribution, deformation, and thermal impacts on these panels based on provided load cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive structural analysis to evaluate stress and deformation under various provided load cases.

• Conduct thermal analysis to determine deformation and resultant stresses due to thermal loads.

• Deliver a detailed report with visual aids illustrating stress distribution, deformation, and key findings.

• Material properties and solid models in STEP format.

• Defined constraints and load cases for the analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience with Abaqus/CAE or equivalent software capable of analyzing anisotropic material properties.

• Deep knowledge of structural and thermal analysis for complex materials.

• Proven ability to present complex technical data in a clear, concise, and visually understandable format.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Scope and Relationship:
