I am seeking a professional with expertise in Plexos to educate me on plexos interface and run-through sample modelling excercises (ideally in Australian market context and the modelling carried out in their Integrated System Plan (ISP). I am trained in Electricity market operations, marginal bidding and cost optimization based electricity pricing, & I understand the dynamics of a competitive electricity markets where Generators bidding behaviour, supply and demand dynamics shape the pricing dynamics.
Project Objective:
- Orientation/training/education on plexos interface and modelling methods.
- I want to learn the interface, build scenarios, data input, assumptions, and underlying concepts, and be able to interpret the modelling outcomes.
- It may be a simplified / baseline exercise - but I want to establish and showcase proven skills and ability on Plexos.
Context:
Australian market context and the modelling carried out in their Integrated System Plan (ISP)
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in using Plexos for electricity market analysis.
- Someone who has access to Plexos interface and can train me on the software hands-on.
- Good communication skills, and conceptual understanding of electricity markets to explain the outcomes.
