Necesito un proyecto desde cero que consta de la programación del controlador, programación HMI, diseño de PCB y asesoramiento para el montaje eléctrico de: Software y hardware de máquina con control mediante una pantalla táctil Nextion de 7'' de: -1 servomotor: control de dirección, velocidad y cantidad de revoluciones en ambos sentidos. -1 motor paso a paso: control de velocidad y dirección. -2 sensores de proximidad inductivos, para limitar el movimiento del motor paso a paso. -3 sensores de temperatura de 0 a 400º independientes para controlar los relés. -3 relés independientes para consumo de 220v y 500W C/U controlados por los relés. En la pantalla de control deben aparecer: -Los valores de lectura de las 3 sondas y las temperaturas a alcanzar para cada una de ellas. -La velocidad del servomotor y la cantidad de revoluciones en un sentido y en otro. -La velocidad del motor paso a paso y las revoluciones en un sentido. -Un botón de Play/Stop -Un botón que active/desactive la funcionalidad de los relés. -Dos indicadores para mostrar si los sensores de proximidad están actuando o en reposo. -Un contador de ciclos realizados. -Un indicador de número de ciclos a realizar. -Ocasionalmente un teclado numérico para edición de los valores. El programa al que hace referencia el botón Start/Stop es un ciclo que deben realizar los motores y consta de: 1)Giro antihorario del motor paso a paso (velocidad editable) hasta alcanzar sensor de proximidad 1. 2)Giro horario del motor paso a paso hasta alcanzar el sensor de proximidad 2. 3)Giro horario del servomotor (velocidad y cantidad de revoluciones editables) 4)Tiempo de espera en segundos hasta el siguiente proceso (editable). 5)Giro antihorario del servomotor (cantidad de revoluciones editables) 6)Giro antihorario del motor paso a paso hasta alcanzar el sensor de proximidad 1. 7)Giro horario del motor paso a paso la cantidad de revoluciones indicada (cantidad editable). 8)Giro antihorario del motor paso a paso hasta alcanzar sensor de proximidad 1. 9)Suma 1 ciclo realizado. Este proyecto ya ha sido realizado varias veces pero siempre se han tenido problemas de ruido en la lectura de las sondas al estar en contacto con el chasis metálico que a su vez está en contacto con los motores y las resistencias que activan los relés. Por ello un requisito es estar en España por si hay que desplazarse y ver la máquina. Se requerirán los archivos necesarios para poder pedir las PCBs.

Hola buen dia, estuve leyendo sobre el requerimiento , lo que indica usted que tiene ruido eléctrico y acoplamiento, esto se puede solucionar desde el uso de filtros (sea pasivo o activo) en conjunto con la programación ( Robustez y algoritmos de muestreo) También realizo trabajos en entorno industrial, localmente puedo replicar la mayoría de circuitos, cuento con herramientas de laboratorio, osciloscopio , estación de calor, fuentes regulables , microscopio para soldar, etc para poder demostrar el funcionamiento y pueda tener la seguridad del funcionamiento antes de replicarlo con los diagramas y archivos del ruteo del PCB, tambien hago aplicaciones para PC, manejo base de datos por si requiere.
