The project is similar to SpareRoom and aims to provide a platform that connects:
Individuals searching for accommodation, whether it's private or shared.
Roommates, whether they already have a place and are looking for someone to share with, or they don't have accommodation and want to find a partner to search for a place and live together.
Key Features of the project :

These allow users looking for accommodation to specify their preferences. Therefore, the person listing the property must clarify these details when creating the listing.
-Search by location: Users can search for accommodation using an interactive map to select their desired geographic area.
-Specify a particular area on the map for the search.
-Advanced filtering: The system allows users to define the following search criteria:
-Type of accommodation: Apartment, house, room, or studio.
-Number of rooms: The total number of rooms in the accommodation.
-Furnished or unfurnished.
-Shared living room or private.
-Type of room: Private or shared room, with or without a private bathroom.
-Rent budget:
Define the minimum and maximum rental price.
Payment terms: monthly or yearly.
Whether utilities are included in the rent.
Whether a security deposit is required.
-Rental duration:
-The user can specify the expected move-in date.
-Options include the desired rental period: one month, six months, one year, or other flexible terms.
-Whether the stay is for the entire week or only for workdays or weekends.
-Preferred roommate(s): Users can define preferences for the type of people they want to live with:
-Male, female, mixed, or no preference.
-Students or professionals.
-Define the number of people to share the accommodation with.
-Listing source: Clarify whether the property is listed by:
-The owner who lives in the property.
-The owner who does not live in the property.
-A roommate offering the shared space.
-A real estate agent listing on behalf of the owner.
-Properties with images: Users can choose to display only listings that include photos.
