Good morning. I need to fix a 500 error I get, while loading some options or saving a product in prestashop. I am not sure if it's a problem with my hosting or one of my files, but I don't think its a problem with hosting since everything was working fine before. Here is the error log message I get whenever I try to open some options or save a product in prestashop. [Fri Apr 25 06:54:10 2014] [11871425] [fcgid:warn] [client [login to view URL]] mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 120 seconds, referer [login to view URL] [Fri Apr 25 06:54:10 2014] [11871425] [core:error] [client [login to view URL]] End of script output before headers: [login to view URL], referer [login to view URL] I am not an expert in this but from what I see, I get an apache premature end of script headers. so that's why I don't think that this is a problem with my hosting. I need this done ASAP since I have to continue work. Thank you for your time.

Hi Eye, This is a Internal server error, it's usual in Prestashop when a process exceeds the max time alowed in your php configuration. PRovide me your hosting access and i'll fix it for you. I've installe more than 60 prestashop stores and know how fix it. Best regards, Im online for chat.
