rakus shtml to php

Hello I need to add a captcha (have reCaptcha information and keys) into contact pages of client web site in shtml. Typical contact page [login to view URL] I don't know php. I understand the page needs to be in php but I don't know enough of it to either add the code to the page or change it to php. Thanks Guy
