Queremos actualizar su diseño en dos fases: 1) Fase inicial, 'lavado de cara', que modernice menús, colores, etc. de forma que el usuario aprecie el cambio 2) Fase en la que revisaremos pantalla por pantalla, cómo irlo mejorando. En este momento buscamos alguien que vea el programa, y nos recomiende cambios para la fase 1), sin llegar a proponer un diseño específico. Es decir, buscamos un diagnóstico, ver qué hay que tocar y, si nos convence, avanzar en ese sentido sobre un diseño que se genere de común acuerdo.
