I'm looking for a talented designer to refresh my existing logo. The lettering should remain largely unchanged, but the icon in the bottom half of the circle needs to be completely revamped. It should represent:

- Structural Engineering: A bridge
- Water Resources Engineering: Something akin to a river
- Environmental Engineering: A more fitting representation than the current two leaves

The new icon should align with a modern aesthetic. All three engineering disciplines need to be equally represented in the new design.

As for color, there are no specific requirements. You could keep the existing colors, use different shades of current colors, or introduce new colors. The choice is entirely yours, as long as it works well with the overall design.

Files in vectorial format and in raster format will be required.

Ideal skills for this job include graphic design, a strong understanding of modern design principles, and experience with logo design, particularly in the engineering field.
