I'm seeking a creative designer to develop a logo for my student-focused project, "Mère Gramm".

The logo should be:
- Primarily black and white, with potential gold accents.
- A circular design featuring a cartoonish, round-glasses-wearing teacher's face in the centre or a teenager student in the centre (I am unsure right now)
- I like the picture of a teenager (girl) but I would like to see her eyes and she should have a phone in her hand because the project will be mostly videos online
- Punctuation marks as the main symbols in the background and letters : there could be a blackboard with letters and symbols to remind school

The logo should incorporate the project's name "Mère Gramm"

Ideal candidates should have a strong portfolio in logo design, particularly with cartoonish characters. Understanding of design principles and experience working with black, white and gold color schemes is highly desirable. Please note, I have an example of what I'm looking for, but I need a fresh, new version of the teacher's face in the middle.
