We are looking for an experienced developer or agency to create a feature-rich and scalable job portal that caters to various employment categories, including government jobs, private jobs, and local blue-collar opportunities. The platform will target Indian audiences, with a strong focus on bilingual support (Hindi and English), user engagement, and automation.

1. Core Features:
Job Listings:
Categories: Government jobs, high-skill professional roles, blue-collar jobs.
Filters: Location, job type, salary, and experience.
Bulk job posting via CSV upload.
Employment News Section:
Real-time updates through RSS feeds or API integration from sources like SSC, UPSC, IBPS, etc.
Multilingual content for wider accessibility.
User Roles:
Job Seekers: Profile creation, resume uploads, and job application tracking.
Employers: Post jobs, track applications, and manage listings.
Admin: Manage users, moderate content, and analytics dashboards.
User-Generated Content:
Community forum for discussions on exams, career advice, and job preparation.
2. Additional Features:
Mobile-based registration and OTP verification for sign-in.
Integration with Google AdSense for ad revenue.
SEO optimization with a focus on regional and Hindi keywords.
3. Design and Performance:
Responsive and mobile-friendly design.
Fast-loading pages with caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, LiteSpeed Cache).
Secure user data with SSL encryption and role-based access control.
Technical Requirements:
Development Framework: WordPress (preferred for MVP) or Laravel for scalability.
