The software should have the following core functionalities: - Employee Management: The system should be able to track employee data, manage employee records, and oversee employee relations. - Payroll Management: The software should handle payroll processing, tax calculations, and other financial responsibilities related to employee compensation. - Time and Attendance Tracking: The system should facilitate clocking in/out, managing leave requests, and tracking overall employee attendance. It's crucial that this HRMS software doesn't need to integrate with any existing systems. So, the development can be standalone without any dependency on current software or systems. The HRMS software should have three types of user roles: - Admin: This role has full control of the system, overseeing all functionalities. - Manager: This role has limited control, primarily overseeing team members and their respective data. - Employee: This role has access to their personal data and can interact with the system as needed.
