Your task will be to find specific information about each notary’s online presence and document it in a structured format. High data quality is crucial for this project. Your Responsibilities: Check if the notary has an independent website (not listings in directories or aggregators). Verify if the website includes a simple contact form. Identify whether the website offers PDFs, Word documents, or similar files that clients can use to provide typical information required for notary processes. Check if the website uses any online form service or tool (either linked or embedded). Additional Notes: You may use scraping tools to assist with tasks such as detecting embedded tools, but manual review is necessary to ensure data quality. Websites are in German, but you are free to use translation tools as needed. Project Scope: Number of entries: Approximately 980 notaries. Detailed examples and clear instructions will be provided to ensure the requirements are easy to follow. Results should be recorded in an Excel or Google Sheets template, which we will provide. Requirements: Experience with online research, data processing, and ensuring high data accuracy. Structured and detail-oriented approach. Ability to understand websites and online tools.
