I'm looking for a developer to create an Android-exclusive video player app and a movie/series streaming APK.

Key Features:

- The twist is that when a user plays or downloads from my streaming APK, they can only play that video in my video player APK.

- The video player should support subtitles, allow for offline playback, and provide playback speed control.
