I have a bachelors in computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. My career spans 20 years, focusing mostly on backend processes utilizing UNIX, Java, C, PHP, SQL, and NoSQL. This includes such activities as multi-processing, JMS management, database interaction, communications protocols, and web server and application server management.
I also have very good writing skills and do technical writing on many technical subjects.
Please don't award him.
He is really imposter.
He said his computer crashed during 2 days after I award him.
So I asked he how to understand.
But he didn't say anything.

Air Traffic Analysis System (ATAS) was a patent I was awarded in 2005. It used ground systems that interfaced with all forms of air traffic control, including military, civilian, and ships, to come up with a more comprehensive picture that may not have been realized without several sources. It also had data such as flight plans and was able to identify national emergency trends such as 9/11 style terrorism and immediately notify decision makers at high levels within the government.
