Greetings! Thank you for checking out my profile. I have been in a BPO/Call Center industry for over 7 years now. I have been a Technical and Customer Support Representative, Subject Matter Expert (SME), Vendor Tech Lead and now as a Quality Analyst.
I'm proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point and have a good communication and interpersonal skills. I am a critical thinker and have a good problem solving and decision making skills too. I have experience in handling people and leading a team, do data analysis and reports, identifying areas of improvement and data trends, conceptualizing and executing action plans. I'm also experienced in presenting reports during business reviews.
